HOW TO ORDER FROM US

OPENING HOURS OF OUR SHOP

We are available 7 days a week from 8am until 8pm by telephone by email sometimes later!! We may be out bear buying so please leave a message and your contact details we will contact you as soon as possible.

CONFIRM THE BEAR YOU WOULD LIKE TO BUY

Email or Telephone us to confirm if the bear you like is still for sale, we are available 7 days a week.  We will then put the bear on hold for you until we receive payment.

PAYMENT METHODS

UNITED KINGDOM

If you live in the United Kingdom you can pay for your bear with a cheque, postal order, by a bank to bank payment using BACS, or by credit card through our 'Paypal' account this is really easy, we send you an invoice you just click on the link and pay with your chosen credit/debit card.

OVERSEAS BUYERS

If you live overseas you can pay for your bear by Paypal. We will send you a paypal request it is easy to click on the link and to pay.  Other payment methods may be possible please enquire .

Postage is charged at cost both for the United Kingdom & Overseas

We only post overseas by airmail insured or dateapost services

TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you order from us and we have made a mistake in the description you may return the item in its original condition for a full refund,as long as you have notified us within 7 days of receipt.  If the bear is returned for any other reason al postage costs must be the responsibility of the buyer.    We will always be pleased to supply as many extra photographs as you need to make an informed choice before purchase. We have photo-files ready on all our bears for sale so we can email them to you.   We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and look forward to a long relationship with our customers please see our 'Customer Feedback Page'.

ADVERTISED PRICES

Please note. Prices shown on our web site and blogs/press releases are current at time of going to press and valid for 7 days or until the month end they are advertised in. We reserve the amend our prices depending on which offers we have running at the time. Please contact us for current prices if viewing an old price list or press release/blog.  Please also note some other web sites not owned by us that show general listings of collectable's may not be current and show items we have now sold.
