TEDDY MUSIC BEAR 1950s

Teddy Music is a very rare old Steiff bear made for only a short time in the 1950s. He has a musical box in his tummy when you press you can hear a tinkle just enough to know its there! The red felt is good and original you can still just about see the word 'Music' on the felt. Teddy is fully jointed with caramel mohair, glass eyes, height 14" (35cm)a prpx.   he has a raised script button in ear. his felt pads are very good and original. looks like his original ribbon around his neck now very faded with age.  his nose, mouth and claw stitching is original and very good.  One ear looks like it has been restitched to his head many years ago.  He has some light general age wear to his mohair, but he is very good and clean for his age and a very rare bear indeed.
