‘ZINNIA’ RARE LARGE VERY OLD ORANGE GERMAN BEAR
Zinnia is a very rare large antique, very old German bear with orange-coloured fur. She is a very impressive bear, standing height is 29″ (75cm) She is fully jointed with glass eyes, a stitched nose, mouth and claws. Her tilt growler still works well, wood wool stuffing. No maker label, but certainly by a quality maker of the time. Some age to her c.1950s, possibly earlier, with plush fur. Rare to find such a large German bear with this colour, and still in such good original condition. Which is really good for her age and size. Slight wear to her fur under her muzzle and some slight age discolouration in places as she is in original condition. Her felt paws have some small holes in the felt, inside seams at the top of her legs have lost a few stitches hardly notices. . She is one for the collector of rarer bears, types like her are seldom seen. Email for her photo file £195
