‘OLLIE’ SUPERB LARGE OLD 1950’S HERMANN BEAR
Ollie is a superb hard to hard-to-find example of a large old 1950’s Hermann teddy original. In really good condition for such an old bear. Fully jointed he stands at 18″ (45cm) He has golden mohair fur, glass eyes, a stitched nose, mouth and claws. With original felt paw pads that have 2 minor areas of wear on to the edge of a foot pad, and one area of wear to a hand paw. He has wood wool filling, growler no longer works, from a smoke-free home. So hard to find these adorable bears now. Email for his photo file. £115
‘SHARMENA’ A VERY SPECIAL, LARGE OLD HAMIRO BEAR c.1960s
Sharmena is a really enchanting large old Hamiro bear from the 1960s. She is a big girl standing at 24″ (60cm) fully jointed with glass eyes. Loud working tilt growler. In such good condition for her age, she is an adorable bear. Very well cared for over the years see photos. Very good overall condition, her back seam her previous mummy added some stitches to her back seam to keep her nice and snug. One of the loveliest Hamiro bears we have had she is a special bear. ‘TAMMIE’ LARGE OLD HAMIRO BEAR c.1950s-60s
Tammie is a simply charming old Hamiro bear from the 50s-60s. She is such a pretty bear, with the sweetest face. She has mohair fur, glass eyes, is fully jointed, height standing 20 (50CM) her growler is only heard faintly, now and then if you tap her tummy and rock her. Her blonde mohair fur is gently age mellowed but good for her age. A really enchanting bear. Email for her photo file. £75
‘ANTOINE’ LARGE OLD FRENCH BEAR WITH CHARACTER c.1950s
Antoine is a very unusual large old bear, attributed French c.1950s. he is a large bear standing at 24″ (60cm) with plush fur, material paw pads. Unusual sewn blue/black eyes, a stitched nose and mouth. He has a tummy squeaker that no longer works. His fur is faded in places and his inner ears where once a blue colour (are now mostly faded) He is a lovely old bear, and a great character. No makers tags. Email for his photo file £80 NOW £65
3 ADORABLE OLD DRESSED BEARS 1950S-1960S
An adorable family of very old dressed bears from the 1950s-1960s. They came from Germany, but possibly Austrian-European. The 2 have clothes that are part of them, the largest you can take her dress off. No makers tags but certainly good makers of the time. All are unjointed with glass eyes and mohair fur. The largest has internally wired legs so she can sort of sit with some help! small hole on the left-hand material. Heights from 14″ -10″ approx. (36 – 25cm) All are good for their ages with some wear to the fur and age wear to the clothes see photos. From a non-smoking home.
