‘ESMERALDA’ SUPERB LARGE STEIFF WITH BUTTON IN EAR & STOCK LABEL
Esmeralda is a super example of an old larger Steiff zotty bear. She is in fabulous condition for her age a really lovely example. She is fully jointed with thick fluffy frosted mohair plush fur. Her height standing is 18″ (45cm) Steiff button in ear (lentil type) with yellow stock label. Her ean stock number is still readable 300:43 which dates her to being made between 1968-1978. She has early realistic plastic eyes, original felt paw pads and inner mouth are very good with only a tiny small mark on foot felt. Her growler is much quieter than when new, and needs some encouragement at times. She is very clean, from a smoke free home. Hard to find such good original examples now. ‘GEORGIE PORGIE’ OLD STEIFF ZOTTY BEAR 1950S-60S
Georgie Porgie is a small bear with a BIG personality. He is an older Steiff ‘Zotty’ bear from the 1950s-60s. With mohair plush fur, glass eyes, he is fully jointed. His height standing is 8.5″ (22cm) He no longer has any tags, button. His felt paws and mouth are good with no holes. Some age wear to his fur, mostly on his chest from pressing his tummy squeaker. (which no longer works) He is a loved, but strong old bear. He is small enough to sit on a dresser. such a cute bear. Email for his photo file. £40
‘HUGGY’ OLD STEIFF FLOPPY ZOTTY BEAR 1960S
Huggy is an old Steiff Zotty bear from the early 1960s. He is made to be floppy and so he can sit or he can lay down flat. He is unjointed, with sleep eyes, open mouth, felt back feet with airbrush claws, and a flat tummy. Length is 13″ (33cm), no button or tags. The rattle in his front paw no longer works. He is very clean from a smoke free home, in very good condition. Hard to find. Email for his photo file. £60
3 VERY CUTE OLD STEIFF ‘ZOTTY’ TEDDY BEARS FROM THE 1950S – 1960S
An enchanting trio of old Steiff ‘Zotty’ bears from the 1950s – 1960s. The hard to find small size of just 6″ – 6.5″ (16cm) They are all fully jointed with mohair plush fur, felt paw pads, their tummy squeakers no longer work. One has his Steiff button in ear & yellow stock label.
Some age wear to the fur of one (he has been stroked a lot on his head) some marks on the paw pads of foot on one. Such an adorable trio who look like they have always been together. In good clean condition, from a smoke-free home. So hard to find a trio of these adorable old Steiff Zotty bears of the same size. ‘BETRINA’ RARE CINNAMON STEIFF ZOTTY c.1950’s
Betrina is a hard to find older Steiff Zotty bear from the 1950’s with cinnamon colour mohair. She is fully jointed with glass eyes. Height standing 11″ (28cm) squeaker no longer works, no longer has a button or tags, some age wear/colour fade to her mohair and felt pads. But she is a great character a lovely bear. ‘PERINA’ OLD STEIFF ZOTTY BEAR WITH BUTTON, STOCK LABEL & CHEST TAG
Perina is in superb condition and still has her Steiff lentil button in ear, stock label (now faded) and chest tag (worn) she is fully jointed with mohair plush fur, early realistic plastic eyes, original red ribbon around her neck. Adorable pair of old Steiff ‘Zotty’ bears who can be purchased together or separately. Both have mohair plush fur, felt paw pads and glass eyes. They are left to right:
‘PETER’ Larger Steiff with lentil type button in ear with part of the yellow stock label. You can read most of the EAN stock number which is 6335:02 dates him to being made 1969-1978. He is very good for his age, with a working growler. Height standing 15″ (38cm) His left-hand paw felt has been expertly repaired where it had worn. Email for more photos. £75
