MERRYTHOUGHT RARE LARGE CORONATION JUBILEE BEAR 2003
Fabulous and rare large limited edition of only 100 made by Merrythought from 2003. Superb tri-colour mohair large bear, standing at 25″ (64cm) Made to celebrate the late Queens Jubilee 1943-2003 he is a magnificent bear. He has flat reinforced feet so he can stand and has has maker’s label on his footpad and Jubilee edition details. He also has the cloth side labels that show us he is number 30 of 100 made. Beautiful black mohair Merrythought bear with tilt growler. Produced exclusively for Compton & Woodhouse. He is fully jointed, height standing 13″ (33cm) with black watch tartan pads and a bow. a limited edition of 750 with tags & labels. He is a quality bear with flat reinforced feet so he can stand. Cloud is a beautiful white mohair jointed limited edition bear by Merrythought. He has long silky white mohair fur, a tilt growler, is fully jointed, height standing is 12″ (31cm) He is a limited edition of 950 his limited edition label is too faded to read. He comes wearing his warm snuggly tartan dressing gown. He is in very good condition, except for his paw pads which have faint marks on them. He is priced to reflect this. Buster is a very cute vintage Merrythought humanized labrador dog dressed in his smart check jacket and trousers, with a toy rifle. He looks very well turned out and is quite impressed with himself by the look of him. He has his foot label and cloth label. Plus his paper swing tag. Some age to him c.1980s-1990s. Both are in very good condition. ‘Baby’ is a limited edition height standing 6.5″ (16cm). ‘Mummy’ has thick long mohair, realistic boot button-type eyes, height standing 9.5″ (24cm).
