‘SEBASTIAN’ FABULOUS LARGE 25″, 1950S STEIFF BEAR, BUTTON IN EAR
Sebastian is a fabulous large 1950’s Steiff bear in very good condition for his age. He is an impressive bear with a height standing of 25” (65cm) He has thick curly mohair fur, with glass eyes, wood wool stuffing. He has a stitched nose, mouth and claws. He has a Steiff button in ear (raised script) with felt paw pads and a working tilt growler.
Being made shortly after the end of WW2 he was a very special purchase. He became a treasured bear and stayed with the same family until he came to join us. Sebastian has been well cared for over the years and is in excellent, clean condition. From a smoke-free home. With his lovely face, he is an absolutely adorable old Steiff. * Photos taken in sunlight so he looks lighter than he would do indoors
