‘BABA’ CHARMING LARGE 20″ OLD STEIFF BEAR 1950’S WITH BUTTON
BaBa is a really charming, sweet-faced old Steiff from the 1950’s. He still retains his Steiff button in ear (raised script) He is a large bear standing at 20″ (50cm) with mohair fur, glass eyes and original felt paw pads. He is a talkative bear with a loud tilt growler. Overall for his age and size he has been very well cared for. Some age wear to his mohair in places (mostly on his chest and forehead) with small areas of wear to mostly one hand paw felt. He is from a smoke-free home. ‘BENJAMIN’ FABULOUS LARGE 21″ (53cm) OLD STEIFF BEAR 1950S
Benjamin is a superb example of a large old Steiff bear from the c.1950’s. He has beautiful dark caramel (original colour) mohair which is thick and has its lovely frosted sheen. He is a large Steiff bear 21” (53cm) to the top of his ears. He has all his fur just a little thinning around his nose (minimal for his size), original paw pads are very good (just a small area of wear to his right hand paw near edge. Has a working tilt growler, a Steiff 8mm raised script button in ear. Original yellow ribbon. Smoke free home past. Highly recommended , it is very hard to find such good examples, he is a superb bear. One for the collectors of top-class bears. NB – Our photos are taken in bright sunlight so he looks lighter. ‘SUMMER’ VERY PRETTY 1950S’S STEIFF BEAR, BUTTON IN EAR
Summer is a really pretty older Steiff bear from the 1950s. She has been very well cared for and still retains her button in ear (raised script, thin letters) She is fully jointed, with glass eyes, original felt paw pads., a working tummy squeaker. Her height standing is 15″ (38cm) She is excellent for her age, just her mohair has some age lightening. We are being hard on her as she is a lovely bear. ‘BARNIE’ OLD STEIFF BEAR 1950S WITH CHEST TAG
Barnie is a rare to find, old Steiff bear from the 1950’s who still has his Steiff chest tag and original yellow ribbon. Very few labels have survived on the bears as they were often lost as only attached by string to the bear. Barnie is for his age in really good condition. He has mohair fur, glass eyes, original felt paw pads, a stitched nose, mouth and claws. His height standing is 8″ (21cm) tummy squeaker no longer works and he no longer has his button in ear. 2 OLDER STEIFF ‘COSY’ BEARS 1950s-1960s
Adorable pair of older Steiff bears from the 1960s-70s. Made with a soft draylon plush fur, they are fully jointed with early realistic plastic eyes. They are:-

‘COBBY’ STEIFF ‘MINKY’ BEAR BUTTON IN EAR & STOCK LABEL 1970s
Cobby is a very cute vintage Steiff Minky bear with lentil button in ear and faded stock label. He is fully jointed with plush fur, felt paw pads. height standing 11″ (28cm) squeaker no longer works, good for age. Seldom seen now, we have his brother for sale lower down this page. FRANKY STEIFF BEAR button in ear 1970s
Franky is a very cute Steiff with a lentil Steiff button and yellow stock label (now faded) he is fully jointed, with glass eyes. Height standing 10” (26cm) tummy squeaker does not work. Cute vintage Steiff made standing, unjointed wearing an original top. Height 12″ (30cm) Steiff gold colour button in ear and yellow stock label. Stock label Ean number faded but looks like 6203?33. c. the 1980s. realistic plastic eyes. soft plush fur. In good clean vintage condition. ADOPTED

Cutie is a really cute old Steiff ‘Cosy Teddy’ has his chest label and lentil button and part yellow stock label. Fully jointed with draylon fur, realistic plastic eyes early type non-safety. Height 7” (18cm) original ribbon. Felt paw pads and mouth very good no holes. Overall in very good clean condition a lovely example and very pretty. From a non-smoking home.
